Basic Life Support: CPR & AED
Save a life and perform chest compressions, deliver ventilation and use Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Basic Life Support courses include a Heartsaver course designed for people of all ages who want to learn the basic skills of CPR and how to use an AED, as well as a Basic Life Support for Healthcare provider course, designed for those who, as part of their jobs as professional or volunteer first-responders, have a duty to attend medical emergencies in a pre-hospital or in-hospital environment, and are expected to have the skills to recognize a number of life-threatening emergencies work alone or in a team setting to provide CPR, how to use an AED and how to relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.
- 4 hr and renewal 2 hr workshop: Minimum of 6 participants
- Equipment: First Aide Kit, AED equipments can be discussed further if interested for purchase
